“Okay so this place is pretty good. It is quality taco truck but at restaurant prices. This place accepts both cash and card but the card is a small fee to use. If you get here early enough they even serve agua de Horchata (mexican milk tea) and agua de Jamaica(mexican hibiscus tea). The portions are normal people portions. The salsa de aguacate (green guacamole salsa) is in abundance and it is not even that spicy which i like. My asian girlfriend who can't eat siracha thinks the salsa is spicy but i think it's very mild and very delicious. I last left with three tacos and still was hungry so its okay to eat one more. This place is popular and but fast to serve. They run out quick of the good meat choices. They even have a number posted for you to call and place an order. It's always parked in the shell parking lot. Very clean area with not alot of foot traffic. Try this place out and make sure to ask for a side of grilled onions with your tacos, they are very sweet. I do not own this place nor know anyone there but I will ALWAYS appreciate a good taco. My girlfriend loves their burritos and my kid loves their quesadilla. Normally people add in salt to their tacos but it isn't necessary here because the meat is seasoned well and not over salty either.”

“From NJ, meats are freshly sliced after ordering and the breads are made in NJ (for better moisture, supposedly). We shared a Cheese steak and a 5 meats Italian sandwiches. Prices are very competitive and tastes better than Subway, Quizno, and Togo. However, I still like "Ikes" and "Breads" more.”

“I've eaten here 5 times in the last month and the food is very good. Authentic Mexican tacos and burritos. The beef and pork is lean. The burritos are huge. I've tasted the carne asada, carnitas and al pastor. All very good. They also have traditional Mexican choices, cabeza, tripas, sesos. The food is fresh and delicious. The place is clean. It's inside a liquor store that also sells general household items. It's in a safe area right off of San Tomas Expy across from Starbird Park in San Jose. I highly recommend this place! The new owners took over about 7 months ago. The previous owner was an Indian gentleman that also owns the liquor store. The new owner has 2 other Taquerias in East San Jose. One is located on Delmas Ave, the other King Road. He has been in business for 40+ years. Authentic Mexican food! Give it a try!”

“Ringer Hut: the best place to get noodles that's not too light like pho and not to heavy like ramen; the Nagasaki Champon is goldilocks of noodles. The Miso Maro Champon, one of the items on their special menu changed my image of the their champon they served in the past. The tender ingredients such as squid and shrimp was great along with the hearty soup. The best part about Ringer Hut is the unique desserts you can't find anywhere else in the Bay Area. The Green Tea Heaven is my #1 favorite which I order everytime I eat here. It has green tea ice cream with frosted flakes, then it's topped with green tea mousse and whip cream with a scoop of azuki bean paste. What surprised me the most was the Eclair Fruits, just like its literal meaning in French, the Eclair Fruits will blow you away with its sweet mellow toppings and rich custard.”

“Decided to try this new cajun in San Jose and OMG it was so good! We got a family bucket takeout (5lb): 1 king crab legs, 2 crawfish, 1 mussels, and 1 clams + 4 corn, 4 potatoes, andouille sausage. The moment I laid out the spread we were hit with an amazing aroma that got us hungry and excited to eat! All the choices were fantastic and the CRAWFISH is the best I’ve had in San Jose. To me, this boil stands out from other places in town. It is fresh, flavor-forward instead of heavy on the butter and salt. So glad we picked up here as this is our new go-to cajun spot. Pro-tip: 1. Order the boil Bayou mild if someone doesn’t like heat and get the Bayou Hot or Spicy on the side. We got Bayou Hot on the side and it was good enough to make you sweat. 2. Garlic noodles is a highlight item here. It’s made with fettuccine and is packed with lots of fresh garlic. 3. I noticed an awesome bar counter inside. Hoping to “check it out” when shelter in place is over. BUT this means I can forego the supermarket and pick up some brews to have with my takeout order next time.”

“Good, fresh-tasting and well-prepared fish and sides. Both the grilled and fried fish were great. The catfish, corn side and slaw were particularly good. Their self service soda station has mostly gourmet sodas. There's a fairly large condiment bar with homemade ketchup, salsa and tarter sauce and a lot more. The prices are low for the quality of food. The cashier service was helpful and polite. The food took awhile to be prepared, but the place was pretty busy while I was there. It has a clean, pleasant, modern interior with outdoor seating in front. They also sell beer and wine. Most meals come with a choice of 2 side dishes. Note that there are house sides and premium sides, which can be selected for a added charge. The roasted street corn is premium, though worth the extra charge.”

“Better than I expected! The soup is clear and flavorful. It's a little on the sweet side meaning they used natural ingredients and not msg since it's not too salty. The food came out really fast! The normal price is fair for the area and size of the pho bowl. Small size was just enough for me, more than enough for my girlfriend. The seafood noodle soup was a little bland according to my girlfriend but I liked it that way. They have banh xeo (the Vietnamese egg omelette) and it's made very well, except for the mung beans inside. The tea is really good, served in a cup without the teapot, though. I think it's oolong tea. We asked for extra basil and they didn't charge extra. A few times, there was lipstick on the cups and the tables weren't wiped well, so they could be just a little more thorough on cleaning. There's very little space in front of the restaurant to park so we parked behind the Safeway next to it. The set up and atmosphere inside is nice.”

Best tasting Mole sauce I have ever had. The corn tortilla is thick and slightly crunchy. Burrito with asada is flavorful. I would leave the foil off the burrito, the foil takes away the beauty of the food. The menu price does not match the website. Not crowded. Parking is shared with other businesses. Place is clean. “Plenty of bakery items this place has. Nice variety of breads. Their coffee bun, mini garlic croissants and tiramisu breads are my favorites. Its my go to place for weekend coffee. Many of their bakery/bread items has meat in it. Their cakes are also great. They have spacious seating area. Its located in a popular shopping complex so parking might get difficult sometimes.”
