    Food is good. Best ramen I've ever had so far. Service is fast. Still, I wish I can control the sodium levels further to make it less salty. It's still a bit salty to me even when I chose "light".

    So happy Ramen Nagi opened in Santa Clara! The line is always long but it goes. Average wait is about 1-1 1/2 hours but I feel like it's worth it. Staff is always very friendly and helpful and they are efficient in getting you in, having your orders placed, getting your food then getting you on your way. The squid ink ramen is hands down my favorite.

    The ramen is absolutely delicious, especially on a cold day. I don’t eat meat and the vegetarian broth was super flavorful. (it did have milk, so there aren’t any vegan options.)

    I showed up on a weeknight 30 minutes before opening, so that’s all I had to wait. However, wait times get pretty long (~1h) if you want to eat later... but it’s worth the wait.

    Amazing service. Be prepared for the 1-2 hour wait on weekends. Food is pretty spot-on for quality Japanese Ramen. Definitely consider getting the egg to complement the meal. Friendly for children dining, but no strollers inside.
