Great South Indian food. Dosas are yummy and the service is quick and friendly. The place is very crowded as expected due to the quality of the food. Have to order first and then you will be called to have a seat. The price is worth the taste. Best South Indian food place in Sunnyvale for me!

There is a long wait but this is one of the best South Indian restaurants in the bay. Every little detail of the food is well done. It’s almost on par with a good place in India itself. Even details like the buttermilk and the pongal are well done. Recommend going and getting some comfort food!

Whenever I visited this place, there is always a waiting line. Tells you how popular this place is. It is one of the few vegetarian (South) Indian restaurants in the valley. Ambiance is some where in between that of a fast food joint and a restaurant. But the place is well kept. And the food tastes super good. You have to order up front and wait your turn. By the time you are seated, your food is ready as well and served quickly. Very convenient. No qualms to visit more. Five stars for food, price, cleanliness, service and diligence.

Great location, tasty south Indian food! Gets crowded, especially on Friday evenings and weekends. Quick service and the food tastes great while eating. I had severe after-effects many times and stopped going there. Parking can be tough when there is a crowd. Madras Groceries is adjacent to the restaurant and that is convenient.

Very popular place for south Indian food. Fresh food, perhaps because of the popularity. Does not sit in their kitchen like some other Indian places. Some of the chutneys don’t taste consistent every time but most menu items are very good. Service is quick. I like that they use stainless steel cups etc.
