Want some pretty good advice? Try the ham and pate charcuterie served with pickled veggies, toast points, and mustardy onions. Pair that with their local Vin Gris and you've got an amazing little meal. Other delicious offerings include their Mac Muffin, Cream of Cauliflower soup, and scrumptious baked goods.

It was ok advice. small menu. very clean modern building. big patio out front. friendly staff. they have cat and cloud coffee so that's a plus. they are going for an upscale market vibe. execution was good. flavor profile was just a bit off for me. but hey that's subjective.

We had an excellent experience! We ordered the pork pate, brussel sprouts, fennel soup, herb salad, and two pastries. Everything was delicious. Well seasoned, perfectly portioned, and we'll priced. The small plates allowed you to try several items. We will be back often!! It is quite possibly they have the BEST soup in the area. Foraged mushroom cream of fennel soup w crispy potato croutons and pickles root veggies. All that for $6. Yeah!! A+++

Fantastic food. Elevated Cuisine. Easy access in and out. Unpretentious. Hyper-local ingredients. Nice people with skill operating in love for their community. The fennel soup is amazing. The ricotta bread is worth getting. The mushroom toast is delicious. The house-made pastries are unreal. Do yourself a favor and stopping on a weekday, because on a Saturday or Sunday every seat is full even though the place just opened. Matt is killing it.

Great restaurant with fresh ingredients and quality flavor. Cat & Cloud Coffee is another star just on its own.

An immaculately clean restaurant with plenty of seating indoors and out, you’ll be greeted by the pastry case as you enter witch thankfully has freshly baked treats that aren’t the same selection you see tricked into almost every other cafe in Santa Cruz county. You’ll be even more impressed when you taste them as they are expertly crafted and do not disappoint in the flavor department.

The next thing you’ll notice is the succint menu that is blown up on the wall. Started to have a little bit of the hipster food truck vibe on first glance with the higher prices and small portions but that is only skin deep. There’s surprising variety available and they’re not just remixing the same handful of ingredients, especially with the limited offerings (saw a pic of a duck breakfast sandwich).

We’ve sampled a majority of the menu and everything just tastes awesome. It’s not cheap but I’m willing to throw down some extra with the knowledge that the food will rock every time (I should qualify that with that the restaurant is sill young but seeing the owner in there managing the kitchen I’m pretty confident that this place will continue to be a winner).

The location suffers from the morning elementary school gridlock but that seems to clear up around 8:30am in school days.
