“I came to Los Molcajetes for the first time today and I was very satisfied with my meal. However I was not satisfied with the customer service. The servers weren’t rude at all they were actually quite nice but it’s just that they paid almost no attention to us as if we weren’t there. They tried to have as little interaction with us as possible. No one came to seat us we just sat ourselves and when we sat down it took them a while to give us our menus. The waitress came back and took our order, about 15 minutes later our food came out. I ordered the Chile Relleno and Enchilada plate. It was very tasty and there was a lot of food on my plate so I was happy. But they never brought us our drinks we ordered and never gave us any napkins. When we were finished with our food we waited for the check to come but after 30 minutes of waiting we realized it wasn’t coming so we went to the front desk to ask for our check. Everything about my experience was good except for the service. I will come back for the food but that’s all. If they worked on the service it would be a much more enjoyable establishment that I would come to regularly.”

“This is great, clean, and they have one TV. I really like the pictures on the wall. The food is great and I was able to have two types of beans, jalapenos, and avocado in my burrito. I did not get cheese or sour cream and It was a veggie burrito. The guacamole was great too. The prices are real reasonable. The staff was really nice and professional.
