“It took about 10 minutes after sitting for someone to take our drink order. We also ordered fries which never arrived. The staff seemed to be very friendly with regulars and it felt like our service suffered as a result. The atmosphere was nice though and the patio opened up to the airport so it was cool to see airplanes coming and going. It seems like a great lunch spot on a nice day... assuming you can get service”

“You want to know a great idea? Denny's on demand or whatever they call their online ordering. I had a great experience this morning. I'm visiting someone at Kaiser up the road, they don't serve food to guests, and the cafeteria has limited hours. I used the Denny's website to place my order, and picking up was easy and Richard (guy on shift) was super friendly. 10/10 would do this again, but only 4/5 stars because it's not some fancy, farm-to-table, "brunch only" place.”

“I just had an issue with an order and when I called to get it fixed, Amelia, the shift lead for this afternoon was very prompt in addressing it and very helpful and informative through the entire process. As someone who can't eat dairy, I have to say she turned an interaction which is usually very disappointing for me into one that was quick and easy. She was very polite and courteous.
