Consistently good service. Also one of the few locations that gives you a BOGO applicable to just about ANY ITEM when you do a survey with a receipt. I rarely pay full price for my meals at McDonald's anymore.
This McDonald suffers from what I see with a lot of other McDonald's where the quality control could be a lot better. I often go to McDonald's and order something as simple as a quarter pounder with cheese and I end up getting half the sandwich made or maybe the fries are cold. I don't really blame this on the corporation itself, but I do you think they need to train their staff to be a little bit more efficient with quality control. This is an over all thing that I see at all McDonald's not just this one. But I will admit that this location in particular has gotten better over the years. I think that they have hired on a lot more people that are enthusiastic about the job even though it is in fast food. And the quality has begun to rise.
8/10 so far.
Good hole in the wall Westlake Village joint. Food was a little overcooked for me, but a great atmosphere. Mainly a takeout and delivery type of place. No bathrooms and the dining space was tiny. We went on a Monday evening.
Staff did seem to care which is rare for any job nowadays. Always order a special order and the got it first try. Fries were crisp and the burger juicy. Burger was a little thrown together so 4 star. Oh and clean can't forget that
