    Andy is very helpful despite shower being broken on check in a beautiful place with staff friendly it was nice to be here on July 4th

    Hyatt goes out of its way to cater to their guests. Even in these difficult times. They were very welcoming and helpful and the room was great.

    Very cute decor in a cute space. Rooms are nice and comfy with big tv. Definitely would come back.

    My wife and I stay here every time we come to Hyatt Regency Westlake after many trips we found the Venetian to be the cleanest nicest and luxury places to stay our room was fantastic the view was awesome even the room service was fantastic we will definitely stay here again and again

    I loved this area and the hotel exceeded all of my expectations!!! I would love to return someday and strongly recommend this place. I felt that it was am amazing value. The beds and rooms were very nice and clean and inviting... great place!!
