Chipotle Mexican Grill

To be fair... they’re doing 100 entrees EVERY 15 minutes. It’s SO busy because all of Brighton, Colorado is going there for lunch and dinner. They are under staffed, which makes it complicated for the rushes because they don’t have enough people. Mistakes are to be made, when this is the busiest chipotle in Colorado. Mistakes are to be made when they’re under staffed. Mistakes are to be made when ungrateful and rude customers come barging through causing commotion. Mistakes are to be made when they are all NEW. Please keep threatening to never come back to this store, because the amazing staff doesn’t need your ungrateful attitudes destroying their days and it leaves more room for my food to get ordered. I’m rating it a 5 star, because as busy, new, and fast they’re working, I appreciate it because I see the hard work, I love the food here and as time goes on they have gotten much better, and they will continue to BE better. They took the time to fix my order a few days ago when they got a few things incorrect and took the time to explain what’s been the issue the last few weeks and they apologized. I see their sympathy and their problems here at the store, but it WILL get better. Thank you!!

Placed order on mobile phone, order was ready when we pulled up to the window and the scheduled time. Professional and polite demeanor by team member. Order was complete with no exceptions. I have seen some negative reviews for this place and I think it’s maybe a case of only the grumpies posting reviews. Most satisfied customers don’t take the time to post a positive review, therefore skewing the numbers. So here’s one for the good guys! Thanks Chipotle of Brighton!!!!
