Panda Express

Worst customer service experience ever!! First off, make sure they return your card at the drive through window. I went back after cancelling my card and my automatic payments. I realized days later that it was not returned to me at Panda Express. I went in to pick up my card. I spoke to Ruby the "supervisor". This was the most condescending and rude experience I've ever had. After I asked for a discount, any discount on my order would have made me happy; Ruby condescendingly said no with a smirk. I explained what an inconvenience it was that they didn't return my card since I had to wait to get a new card, reset my auto payments, and go pick up my card. She said they have a lot of cards and when people pick them up they don't request anything. In addition, she said that I should be thankful they kept my card safe! I was baffled! My question is why they have a lot of cards? Do they do this on purpose to keep card info? Lastly, Ruby said the rep didn't charge me until after they handed us our food then we drove off; I said "yes that's typically what happens do you all hand food over before charging people and knowing they can pay for their order?". This happened last night and I'm still livid. Do not go to this location!

UPDATE: The GM of the store ended up getting in contact with me. She was very professional and apologetic on behalf of her employee. I’m much happier after working with the GM she went above and beyond to correct the issue.

This location is perfect and the staff and food is always good. The line moves pretty fast too. We do come here quite a lot and haven’t had any issues except for last night. We ordered the honey sesame chicken that they promote and they hesitated like they didn’t have enough, but said yes. Got home and there was literally 4 pieces of small chicken and the rest was vegetables. We got the plate with two orders of this chicken and all we got was veggies. I would just suggest that if you don’t have enough then say that your out of it so we can choose something else.

Great customer service!!! It was way beyond based on our experience. We were waiting for fresh veggies and was offered for drinks and appetizers while waiting for 2-3 mins. The food was so fresh and tasted good! Best Panda Express ever!!!!

These people are professionals, the safely store the Veggies in the freezer here in the photo. There is no bad Veggies in here and everything is completely fresh. This is amazing and it is so fantastic how the all work together to clean this place completely and neatly. The food is fresh and really good. 5 Stars fully earned with their happy and friendly moods.
