The Great Sand Dunes Oasis Restaurant

Sandwiches in our party of five were far and away the best choice whereas the quesadillla, burrito, and chicken wrap were fairly tasteless. We also don’t recommend the chili. It’s an ok place to stop at since it’s so close to the national park but stick with the sandwiches and know it’s a bit pricey.

Callen was one of the best servers I’ve ever had. Made it such a fun experience and his recommendations made my day. Truly excited I stopped for this experience!!!

Tasty food (Mexican/American) with large portions with prices that are really good (mostly under $15), considering how they have a monopoly in the area. The best and closest place to grab a bite after going to the sand dunes (there is also a sled center right beside the restaurant as well as reasonably priced gas, restroom and a gift shop). They also have ice cream and sundaes.

Staff were really friendly and helpful and unlimited drink (lemonade) refills which was helpful after the hike. Our favorite dishes were the burritos and grilled chicken salad. Their green and red chiles were really good too.

The most amazing food ever I had the 3 egg omelet with veggies and ham, my girlfriend had the breakfast burrito with green chili. Portions of food was plentiful. The service was excellent. Over all amazing I can die a happy man knowing I had the pleasure of eating here. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!!

Courtney was a great waitress and staff was very friendly. Food was delicious and filling. We had a wonderful view of the Dunes. Highly recommend, support local!
