“Super friendly staff. Always willing to help with your order and make it right. I’ve been trying to minimize my waste impact and am now using reusable mugs. They were willing to make my coffee order using it, which was greatly appreciated. They took good initiatives to maintain a clean process especially during these difficult times. The inside is clean and a good working space (though would love if the music was a little quieter for us book worms :)). Great Starbucks, come check it out!”

On a snowy day three weeks ago they welcomed my family with open arms while we each waited to visit my mom to say our goodbyes since Univ Hospital understandably had a strict visitor limit. The entire crew graciously helped us with drink and food orders while we were there. Before we left Mandy bid us a thoughtful farewell that was greatly appreciated. “The counter service was great! The drinks took a little longer than usual, but they were training a new employee so it's understandable. I am vegan, so I get an iced americano with a splash of almond milk. I saw the barista pour regular milk, and then realize it was supposed to be almond. She just poured almond milk on top of it and made the drink like normal. She served it to me and I asked her to remake it - it had way to much milk for me in general - obviously I wanted it without dairy. She fixed the drink no problem and remade it with just almond milk. It was perfect after that. I was glad I was there to notice the mistake. The dairy would have probably made me sick as that has been my experience another time getting the wrong milk. All in all, good service, but an opportunity to train further on not serving a drink that was incorrect.”

“This place is awesome!! It is clean and the workers are so friendly. They went out of there way to take very good care of me. They make sure my food is cooked in the microwave to perfection. I love there Danish, Cheese & Ham Croissant and of course their coffee. The one kind of coffee that I greatly dislike is their Pike coffee... nasty tasting. “Outdoor patio is open! I have missed this particular Starbucks. They truly make the best hot, iced and Frappuccino coffees in this part of our Aurora and Centennial City. I’m so glad they finally opened. I was forced to try the Starbucks on Piccadilly/Quincy, Hampden/Tower & Buckly/Smoky Hill during quarantine. They do not compare to the baristas here at Smoky Hill and Himalaya.”

“The restaurant has nice ambience, the appetizer and salad I ordered were good. The entree, 4 sea scallops and risotto, was $42. I personally find that to be incredibly overpriced and it wasn’t that great in flavor. One of the scallops still had the small muscle attached that attaches to the scallop shell. Typically, this is trimmed off. Gratuity was added automatically. I would have tipped the waitress the 20% anyway, but I dislike auto-gratuities. We were a party of 5 so I’m not sure if this is standard practice for all guests or what. The waitress was very friendly and attentive. Certainly not her fault that food is mediocre and overpriced. I would not return.”
