As a Mexican woman I have always grew up around prejudice people and treated differently and I grew up thinking that was normal. Julia did something so little that made me tear up. Another lady was taking my order at first and Julia gave a suggestion of how I’d like my drink then she took over the register. This girl provided me with great customer service, she made eye contact, she smiled, very well mannered. This is little to most but big for me! I had to call corporate to let them know. “My wife has some allergies and weird things like that, so she always gets some pretty crazy orders but this Starbucks has got it down! Najiib was more than on top of it, made her drink perfect which my lady never sais lol, it was so nice to hear! And even though the weather is whack and it’s wet everywhere, the floors and everything are clean! Awesome. Very happy with this whole location, everyone is very nice, will be back for sure!”

“It’s no Egg and I, but it’s close. Menu had a good selection and we liked that they kept with some of the Egg & I uniqueness, such as juices and a spring mix salad option instead of just potatoes. Although I’m really missing the veggie loaded eggs benedict. The service was great - friendly and attentive. Food was timely, flavorful, and satisfying - not loaded with grease. Decor was clean and modern. Biggest downside we thought was the pricing. It’s noticeably more expensive so we not likely to come as often as we have in the past.”

“Was here for a late breakfast at 10:30 on 1/20/20 and it was absolutely swamped. Despite that, the one server (I never got her name but she had short strawberry blonde hair and a tattoo on the back of her neck) was extremely polite and pleasant. She was able to dedicate her attention to all of her customers despite being one of the few employees working the register. She was also able to get our food in a timely and efficent manner without seeming dismissive or uninterested in us. I would come here again!”
