I love the donuts, the coffee, the service, the waffles, and tacos. This is exactly what Pagosa needed. I know we have a lot of coffee in this town, but this is truly the best!!! Make a trip over to Pagosa Peak Open School and try it!!!

It’s a food truck run out of a school on the weekends. The atmosphere is what you choose it to be. This place could be in an active volcano and I’d brave the “atmosphere” to get their coffee and their waffle sandwiches. Simply amazing balance of sweet/heat/savory. Very nice people too!

Their website says they’re open Thursday at 8am but there’s no one here. They don’t answer when you call. Disappointing.

The vegan options are very much appreciated! I had the vegan bacon egg and cheese. ‘Bacon’ was not my personal favorite but the rest was delicious. Service was fast, friendly, and reasonably priced. Will definitely return.

Yummy vegan "breakfast" sandwich!!!!! Oh my! I am so impressed with this place. The vegan waffle sandwich had just egg, a Seaweed based bacon, and a cheddar vegan tied together with a housemade(I believe) tangy sauce. The experience of walking away carrying a delicious smelling and unique creation is a rare one. Also, the iced jasmine tea far surpassed my expectations. These folks are so kind and they know quality. Thank you for such a pleasant lunch!

Oat milk latte and gluten-free waffles yes, please! So excited to have this new food truck in Pagosa. Very friendly, and orders come up quickly. I'll be frequently at this place a lot!
