Tequila's Pagosa

Estrella was wonderful very personable. The food was great. We sat on the patio, you can watch all the tubers come down and the families playing in the water. There was also an adorable ground squirrel that snuck around cleaning the patio.

The views is the best part. We came about 8pm for drinks and appetizers. The nachos were pretty good. Raspberry margaritas was light on alcohol but tasty. Husband was not happy that he could only get 1 refill on ice tea. He had 1 glass while waiting for food, 2nd while we ate and ask for a refill and was told no. We had our bill and she would have to redo the bill to charge us. 🙄

Food was a bit pricey, but good portions. Salsa was yummy!! Overall good experience! We followed other recommendations and brought in our own bottle waters.

We visited the Springs Resort from Aurora and this was the first place we ate. The food was phenomenal! The carnitas and the chicken was season and grilled to perfection! Very moist. The steak fajita salad was great and the tortilla were nice and soft. Most Mexican restaurants are oily and greasy. Not this place. Loved it and ate here twice during our 3 day trip. Will be back again when we visit again!
