“They are known for the green chili”. That’s what they told me when I asked.

We got the smothered chili omelette, short stack pancakes, & corned beef hash. All three plates were tasty. Omelette was good, but tasted more bacon than green chili. Next time I would ask for extra or added on top. The pancakes were big and filling. & the English muffins were thick too.

Friendly service. The green chili omelet was awesome! Other plates looked equally deicious. Good portion sizes at very reasonable prices. I will definitely return the next time I am in Pagosa. A must if you are in town.

This place is a great option for brunch. It can certainly get busy and there isn't any room to wait inside, but luckily we dodged the big crowds and never had to wait too long. It would be nice if they had a text or buzzer service so you wouldn't have to sit outside if the weather is bad, but the more important stuff was excellent.

The food is great as is the service and décor is charming. We ended up coming here a couple of times while we in Pagosa and will certainly come back again.

I wish I could remember our waitresses name because she was incredible. Me and my husband got seated right away even though they were busy. A+ service. The woman who took care of us was an absolute pro and you could tell this job was like second nature for her and she had awesome 'cool mom' vibes. Coffee was better than the resort Cafe and food was good!
