I had very high expectations of this place. Sadly, I was very disappointed. The food was VERY salty. Every single one of our tacos was extra salty. We were 6 of us and none of us were even the least bit pleased with our food.
The drinks were alright. I've had better margaritas. The old thymer was good. The Red Sonja was fine too. But the food, sadly, was mediocre.

Bartaco is fun, fast, friendly and, importantly, the tacos are imaginative and delicious. Similar to a sushi place, you fill out an order form for the whole table. They show you how to signal the wait staff with a little card when you are ready. And you'd better be ready because they show up, like, right now. The finished tacos show up about two seconds later. At least they will if the place is not slammed. The nice thing about this system is that you can proceed a couple of tacos at a time, say, and play it by ear rather than try to guess in advance exactly how many and exactly which kinds you'll want for the entire meal. You can enjoy two or even three iterations in short order. Really nice folks too.

This restaurant is incredible. Do yourself a favor and go eat here, pick anything from the menu, and ask for Hope as your server. Amazing experience! 25% tip left!!

Fun taco spot in Boulder. You order in a similar fashion as a sushi menu. Easy for business lunches with split bills. Very good. I have the pork belly, duck, and chicken chorizo. I choose to get my served on lettuce instead of the corn shell.
