Brasserie Ten Ten

Very vibrant atmosphere and many classic French dishes. My duck was exquisite, but escargot was a bit rubbery. Servers were pleasant but it was very busy and they could have been more attentive.

I was quite enthused about this restaurant when I walked in. The atmosphere and the venue were very appealing. The bread and my side orders of spinach and mashed potatoes were quite tasty. My steak, however, was quite disappointing. The taste was wonderful, but the cut of meat was horrible. I've never received such a gristle-filled steak in my life. Perhaps the chef was having a bad day, or his sous chef was daydreaming. Something like this should never be sent out to a customer. Upon seeing the scrap pile on my plate, the management apologized profusely and did not charge me for the entree. I left my business dinner hungry, and had to stop somewhere else on my way back to the hotel. For now, I will give a 3-star rating. I'll return to try this establishment again.

I would highly recommend Ten Ten to anyone and have been eating out in Boulder regularly since 1991. Have been going here regularly for some years now. Great service at the bar, Ryan, Vladka, Atman, Danielle and Scout take very good care of customers. The food is great and the atmosphere backs it up.

Pretty awesome spot. Excellent service. Ambiance lively and relatively authentic. Some of the food options were just so so (and didn't like the escargot, something that is usually hard to mess up) but a few were excellent, such as the friend green beans, the bread, the burger, and the chocolate mousse.
