    We love this place! The food and service are what you want when you go out to eat. We have enjoyed both the dinning room and the bar area. If you find yourselve there around happy hour you won't be disappointed with the selection of food and drink at a price that is easy on your budget.

    The steak was delicious and the sides very large! Be aware if you do not heavy seasoning on the steak or sweet potato fries, be sure to tell the waiter to leave it off. I found the potatoes too heavily salt and peppered. Our waited Chris was amazing and had a wonderful memory considering there were 6 of us. The restaurant is pretty expensive, but does offer items you would not find elsewhere.

    It feels like a romantic getaway when dining here. If you are just doing apps and drinks do not make a reservation. The staff is kind and helpful. Please make sure you tip generously.

    We were there for a work event. Great food! The space was mostly tables of 4, which made it hard to visit with colleagues. Maybe we just need more room. Overall the Chophouse was really nice and the food was great.

    Boulder chop house is a MUST STOP for happy hour! I would recommend you arrive earlier than later as happy hours here does get busy and the reasons are numerous. From amazing hand shaken cocktails with in house cherry’s and the best French onion soup I have ever tasted...this is one of my favorite places to hang out and is a Christmas tradition when I have friends from out of town visiting during the holidays!
