Tadka Indian Cuisine

As many have already said, this is the best Indian food in Boulder (and Denver). We eat here almost once a week. Everything is delicious, but if you’re looking for something unique, the veggie dainya is outstanding.

I love Tadka! I come here all the time (eating my buffet lunch as I write this), and I always enjoy the meal. There’s a bit of natural day-to-day variability in the buffet, which one wouldn’t notice if they don’t come here so often, but the quality of the food (and the chai) is always high. I have also ordered from the menu, and their non-buffet food is even tastier, as one might expect! The service is great (my husband and I feel like family here; they ask about our kids) and the ambiance is relaxing and has some authentic punjab touches.

Best Indian Food in Boulder! Stopped in for the Lunch special, to my surprise was "ALL YOU CAN EAT" and a very reasonable price. The food heavily outweighed the price!! Go check it out yourself. Owners are very nice and greeted me as soon as I stepped in. Absolutely going back!

My favorite Indian food on earth. Each time I’ve come to visit I’m so happy and delighted by how delicious the food is. The owners are so kind and are lovely to chat with. My favorite things are the paneer dishes, the eggplant dish, and coconut chicken. We usually get spice level 4/5 and it is fiery in the best way possible. Highly recommend.
