“Their vegetable korma is perfection. It's my favorite food -- and I mean favorite of any food, not just what's here. This place is so good that one day when I was heating up leftovers at work someone walked by and doubled back to confirm I was eating Tiffin's because he recognized it by smell. Yeah, true story. Go get yourself their korma but prepare yourself to never bother with korma from any other restaurant. Their naan is excellent as well. (Let's face it, everything I've had there is excellent -- you can't go wrong.)”

In particular, the worker behind the counter was patient and helpful while I asked questions about allergens, and he was extremely knowledgeable, even suggesting substitutions and labelling the sauces and dishes so there was no confusion when I brought the food home. The chef really knows how to prepare fish. It was the perfect degree of doneness. The Summer Succotash, lemon herb sauce and avocado mousse were perfect compliments. “Bartaco is fun, fast, friendly and, importantly, the tacos are imaginative and delicious. Similar to a sushi place, you fill out an order form for the whole table. They show you how to signal the wait staff with a little card when you are ready. And you'd better be ready because they show up, like, right now. The finished tacos show up about two seconds later. At least they will if the place is not slammed. The nice thing about this system is that you can proceed a couple of tacos at a time, say, and play it by ear rather than try to guess in advance exactly how many and exactly which kinds you'll want for the entire meal. You can enjoy two or even three iterations in short order. Really nice folks too.”
