“I adore this spot! They serve great meals, they have a nice menu, The chef in that restaurant is a professional, I enjoy a lot tasting all their food. The dishes are consistently fresh and tasty, the attitude towards the guests is good. I often go to this restaurant and I not even once was discontended. I highly recommend it.”

“What a delight. An amazing menu of Japanese cuisine without all the usual sushi stuff. Ask to be seated in Miho's section. She is a delight, describing menu items with ease and expertly preparing dishes. Just writing this review reminds me I want to go back and sample another handful of authentic delicious dishes. As close to the real thing as you can get, without ever leaving Boulder Colorado!”

“I visited Salt several times on a recent long trip to Boulder. Breakfast was excellent and everyone loved their meals. Lunch and dinner have a limited menu (compared to other places) but the options were all great. Several people had burgers, others fancier meals. Overall a good experience and a place I’d visit again.”

“We have been here a few times (I’m vegetarian) and they have a bunch of great options. They are willing to make accommodations for dietary restrictions. My dad and brothers eat everything and have loved everything! The customer service is also very good! I definitely recommend coming here!”

“First of all the ambiance is lovely. We came here for my Sisters birthday. Excellent cocktail options, wine selection and non-alcoholic options. The happy hour is lovely but everything we had was delicious. Joe was excellent! He helped us pick and choose and also help us with our fork problem- guess we couldn’t keep a fork clean! Dang it! Favorites: Chicharrones, tacos, pate. But everything was yummy!”

“We had an excellent time at this spot. We liked the great vibes and the food. The waiters are super friendly. I am glad we eventually decided to try this place.”

“I've been to Centro twice, once in 2009 and once today. My experiences were similar both times: good service, good food, high prices. Their hot sauce is no joke! I don't regret getting it, but oh boy was it spicy.”

“Number one in service attentiveness! Very clean and nicely set up. Got the Impossible Burger Vegan style, mushrooms and grilled-onions. The sauce is a 1000-Island. Was tasty, but would like to see The Beyond Burger to menu. And/ or a new creation from a mushroom mix, which would also make it high Alkaline. From a Vegan/Vegetarian food reviewer stance, it was worth trying, but let's face it I can get Impossible at BK! I opted for coleslaw, but it had yogurt dairy dressing. They replaced with arugula salad. (see photos)”

“Decent food but a little pricey. Was a long wait on a Sunday evening for a table for two. Lots of tasty things on the menu. Food took a little to come out but service was otherwise very nice. Packed but not uncomfortable. Was able to have conversation at our table without shouting or feeling like everyone could listen in.”

“Small place, but there wasn't a wait to be seated when I went by early on a Saturday evening. Does brisk take out business as well. I had the duck soup, which they don't have daily, and it was tasty. They gave me fresh chopped hot peppers when I asked for some additional spice. Glad I went!”

“Excellent food and drinks in a modern yet relaxing atmosphere. I had the green curry and my husband had the lobster ramen, both were delicious. Creative drink menu as well, it would be nice if they would add some non alcoholic mixed drinks to round out the options.”

“Great place to hang out on a Saturday afternoon and watch a game. Order the beef brisket grilled cheese w/ jalapeno, it's big enough to split. Attentive, super friendly staff. If you can't decide on which of the 45+ beers, ask for a taste first. I also loved the lighting, warm and cozy, not glaring.”

“It's Chipotle, not great, not bad. Fast service at this location is nice. If they lowered cost of additions I'd be more willing to come now often.”

“We had a special late lunch here on New Years Eve and I was impressed. We enjoyed a full multi-course meal. Everything tasted like extra care had gone into it. Great wines reasonable prices and an outstanding culinary experience. 5 stars for both service and food.”

“Delicious! I love small places like this and they did not disappoint. Best pizza I have had in the Boulder area since moving here. The staff was also fun and attentive. Thanks for helping my Husband and I follow through on a family Halloween tradition of eating pizza. ????”

“The food was very good. Our waitress sometimes disappeared for long periods of time, it was busy but we have been there when it was busier & service was better. Hopefully it was just an off night for her. I had the fish and chips so good, it was light even though its fried the only thing to make it more authentic would be to serve in a rolled up news paper, but it wouldn't make it taste better. We also had the shepherds pie, nachos, onion soup lots of salads all good.”

“This place was very small. Only 3 tables and 2 bar seating area. Because it's a family run business they don't have a waitress so make sure that you clean up after yourself. Ordered the soup dumplings, sour and spicy glass noodles, beef noodle soup, and the pork belly over rice. The soup dumplings were AMAZING! I loved the way they tasted and there was actually broth inside them. They were kind of small so that was sad but the flavor was great! The sour and spicy glass noodles were really sour so if you don't like super sour things, I don't suggest getting it. Otherwise it was good as well. The beef noodle soup was great with extra soy sauce to give it more pow! Lol the pork belly wasn't salty enough so I added soy sauce to give it even more flavor and salt. It was great! Even though all the food was good, I'm only giving it a 4/5 because of the cleanliness of the place is really lacking.”

“Since moving out west about 15 years ago and as someone that is used to delis and bagels from the East coast anyone new to the area with a similar situation is going to be hard-pressed to find what they consider a good deli or bagel shop, You can find okay places but nothing you'd write home about. Moe's Broadway bagel definitely comes very close and sometimes is as good as any of the places back east...well not any but a bunch and well most bagels and sandwiches are definitely tasty it's not the quality of the food that makes me say it's as good as a bunch of the places back east and don't get me wrong the quality of the food is great it's the atmosphere of there two or three locations that remind me of places back east if you live near or just frequent a Moe's they get to know you since moving out west I've noticed that that's much rarer than it was back east but if you live near a Moe's and haven't eaten there yet you should and if you just happen to be driving by when you should stop in I always get either the Moe's breakfast burrito (MILD!!) Or a sausage egg and cheddar on a jalapeno bagel and if you get a small side of the jalapeno cream cheese to either dip or spoon on to it's as you eat it it's very good. and sorry I'm not going to tell you when I get to drink because it's already hardly ever there and hard to find around town You just have to get whatever you already drink.”

“I go with my wife to this lovely place from time to time! This is my favorite spot to to have a good dinner. I go to this spot regularly. The meals are very tasty, the workers are friendly and the rates are decent. I like eating in this spot to have a tasty supper.”

“Been here 5 times since we moved to Boulder. Had 5 star pizza every time! Tried them all and not one other Boulder pizza place is worthy of an honorable mention. If only Audrey could take over the kitchen at Backcountry. The staff are always so friendly and accommodating and hard working and happy to be there that its impossible not to leave an oversized tip.”

“Great location, ambiance, drinks and weekend brunch. They work hard to keep the conversation possible. (Feel under your chair.) Front of the house staff is usually good. Maybe just me, but I’ve not been impressed with dinner in any way. Good drinks, though!”

“There is a nice family ambiance. Dining room is open and there are outdoor tables. Some common allergens can be avoided. I ordered an allergy aware Pad Thai. I asked to avoid gluten, dairy, and egg. It was spicy. It tasted great. So far so good.”

“We loved everything about this meal! The burnt ends appetizer is going to be on my mind until the next time we go back there. The cornbread griddle was amazing too. Me and my son split the butcher block which was probably enough for another person at least! Portion sizes are generous... food quality is amazing... service is exceptional. We loved the deck and the view. So fun-- we'll be back!”

“Terrific seafood. We were so excited to try it and to feel confident that no matter what we ordered we were being responsible about conservation. Jax seafood only serves seafood that is on the Monterrey Bay safe/eco-conscious list. Plus the service was wonderful. And I loved that there was a dairy free dessert option for me. A rare find!”

“We've been going to the Rio for more than 25 years (at previous locations in Boulder and other locations in Ft. Collins and Denver), so it holds a special place in our hearts. Everyone knows the food is pretty good, but you really come for the margaritas, and at this location, the rooftop dining area. Love it.”

“Much better than the first time we went which was over a year ago. Food was on point, flavor wise, and service was top notch. Perfect Christmas eve dinner service. Bravo.”

“Fun sports bar. Picked it for it being a Packers bar and wanted the atmosphere. That didn't disappoint. Great location. Bunch of games in the back but didn't really check that out”

“I was quite enthused about this restaurant when I walked in. The atmosphere and the venue were very appealing. The bread and my side orders of spinach and mashed potatoes were quite tasty. My steak, however, was quite disappointing. The taste was wonderful, but the cut of meat was horrible. I've never received such a gristle-filled steak in my life. Perhaps the chef was having a bad day, or his sous chef was daydreaming. Something like this should never be sent out to a customer. Upon seeing the scrap pile on my plate, the management apologized profusely and did not charge me for the entree. I left my business dinner hungry, and had to stop somewhere else on my way back to the hotel. For now, I will give a 3-star rating. I'll return to try this establishment again.”

“The steak was delicious and the sides very large! Be aware if you do not heavy seasoning on the steak or sweet potato fries, be sure to tell the waiter to leave it off. I found the potatoes too heavily salt and peppered. Our waited Chris was amazing and had a wonderful memory considering there were 6 of us. The restaurant is pretty expensive, but does offer items you would not find elsewhere.”
