“I recommend this place. Vietnamese restaurants have become pretty common in the area and this restaurant is a nice addition to the family. We went yesterday. My wife had the beef brisket pho and she said it was excellent. I had the combination vermicelli (bun) and can recommend it. They had really good service, and the ambiance is pleasant and relatively quiet, so you can have a conversation. Competition for parking in this little complex of restaurants is intense during lunch time on a work, so you might have to walk a little to get to the restaurant.”

“I'm Korean and I love trying out new Korean fried chicken spots. This place is definitely a bit of fusion but still has enough authentic Korean flavors to hit the spot. We tried the secret sauce chicken, spicy rice cakes, cheesy corn and seasoned fries. All were delicious and were good sized portions. Service was great and pretty quick. We will be back regularly!”

“Great experience!! Food, service and atmosphere. First time coming in and brought my mom. We got the chefs family special with the Casian special sauce. Great flavor especially when you get the juices towards the bottom of the pot. A nice homemade sauce made from the owner which is unique from most places. They also have multiple Hmong dishes were I must try for next time. Excellent selections of beers and wines from their listings. Also a modern vibe in the restaurant environment. They have a drink bar as well great for grabbing drinks and hanging out or bringing families in. Will be back for sure to try other things on their menu!”

“I almost don't want to post this because I want it to remain relatively secret, but Ruby Ru's has killer breakfast y'all. We stopped in for breakfast after seeing the sign out front and were not disappointed. The Centaur Burrito and Breakfast Ru were both 🤤 and I'm dying to come back and try the breakfast gyro next weekend. We've been in for their bowls and subs previously (also amazing) but this weekend breakfast makes this like a six-star place in my opinion. Definitely will be back!”

“Ok, this has got to be my favorite shopping strip in all of metro Denver. It was my birthday weekend and we first stopped at Summit cigar(5*!) We then walked into Atlas Valley Purveyors (5*!!) We ended up in Endo brewing (5*!!!). Earlier in the week my wife and I were talking about how breweries are not really trying to be innovative and flavorful. Too many are retreating into the safety of NEIPAs or IPAs plus german and English Ales. They are not really trying to stand out. They are just blending in. Here is where Endo comes in, they had 4 different Belgians on tap including an amazing Trippel that can go toe to toe with New Belgium. To make the evening better, they have a little side room that has about 8 pinball machines. I plan on returning many times to this brewery.”

“The food is very good. I could live on the oven roasted baby red potatoes alone. They are dashed with perfect seasoning, roasted til the skins are crisp in places, then broken open on the plate beside whatever lovely entree you ordered. And the entrees are solid. The breakfast food shines (omelets of all kinds, burritos, etc.) But I've also had excellent burgers and sandwiches and salads. (Delicate cherry vinaigrette dressing? So fancy!) Very good food aside, I like the warm ambiance with unique art covering the walls, unpretentious and comfortable booths, and great natural light. It's a treasure. The only flaws might be that it is a bit pricey, and you have to park a ways away during busy times (such as lunch rush.)”
