    They tacos hit the spot! Good salsa and portions of meat. Ice cold coke. Fast n friendly service.

    Amazing!!! I've lived in CA and of the various places I've tried in Longmont, none measure up. 5280 Street Tacos really delivers though, they're tacos are great! The addition of little pieces of pineapple is really refreshing too. Love it, will be going back, I highly recommend trying it.

    One of the best taco trucks (or restaurants) around. Very fresh tasting, not salty like some places. Their salsas are phenomenal - I love the avocado salsa. The two ladies serving were nice and got orders out quickly. Highly recommend.

    Amazing tacos!!! 5 stars for delicious food and great friendly costumer service. Definitely a must stop if looking for some lunch.
