Dickey's Barbecue Pit

Service wasn't bad. But the food was not great. The meats were barely warm (to the point where the cheese in the kielbasa wasn't remotely melted ????) the sides were piping hot but didn't have much flavor. Waited 10 minutes for fried pickles. The menu was much smaller than the location on 88th and Sheridan and it was explained to us that the menu varies by location based on ownership. I recommend going to the Sheridan location. They were 5 stars ALL the way. It's unfortunate, thought I'd found a Dickey's closer to home but ???? won't return to this one. I'll make the longer trip for better food and faster service.

I go with my wife to this lovely spot many times a year! This is my favorite spot to have a bite. I go there regularly. The cooking is very tasty, the crew is friendly and the rates are decent. I like going in this place over a decent lunch.

The crew was friendly and the food was delicious!! I purchased the 2 meat special: ribs and pulled pork with chili & macaroni as sides. All of it was very delicious--the ribs came right off the bone!!! Reminded me a little of Alabama cooking----not exactly but very close in taste. Good place to grab BBQ!!!

All the food is good, the restaurant is very open and has lots of light from all the windows (which i like a lot in my restaurants), the floors are clean and theirs lots of seats. The employees are all nice and the place has a very welcoming atmosphere. I just wish u could get more amount of meat in your orders. Other then that a good place to go.
