The location on 120th and Sheridan has absolutely outstanding service!!! Every time we have been here they are amazing! Great service and friendly!! Clean and they give you an appropriate estimate of waiting time. We absolutely love this place not only for the amazing food but amazing service!!

The service really good and nice but when I took my order home, the fries were all burnt and the second you picked one up they instantly fell apart from being in the oil too long. My significant other was eating his boneless chicken and the middle of it was so undercooked you couldn’t even cut it. Never had an issue with this place until today.

The young man at the counter was very friendly and attentive to the customers, and the food was very delicious! Thank you!
Good customer service is hard to find

I ordered an 8 piece wing meal on National wing day. (Which is a very busy time) after getting it I discovered that there was only 6 pieces... when I called to inform them they told me I would be given a free 10 piece meal and was very apologetic. I called on Friday to put in my order for my free 10 piece and Javier answered the call and remembered me. When I went to go get my meal it was during the lunch rush and Javier was AMAZING at handling it.. it was him and just one other employee. He was thanking everyone for being patient and always had a smile on his face. He thanked me for giving them a second chance. Just because of this service and how great the manager was I will definitely be coming back!!
