Great service, amazing food big portions. I do low carbs and they are willing to swap out sides at no extra charge. You'll love the staff, enjoy the meal and wonder how it stayed hidden. -

Recommended for those who are looking for a no frills, but relaxed, friendly environment for breakfast or brunch. They also offer a full bar for those looking for a more boozy brunch experience ????

(January 5, 2020, 9:15 pm)We love New Star. I grew up in South Denver and missed having a great "greasy spoon" nearby since moving north 17 years ago. New Star fills the bill and more. They're fast, the food is amazing and they make us feel like family. I could not recommend it more.
