(March 24, 2022, 4:08 pm)Came in for lunch on a weekday. Very friendly wait staff. Had the peel and eat shrimp and cheese curds for appetizers. Both were awesome. I had the trout and the wife had the fish tacos. Neither were impressive.
Recommend this as a great place to come in for apps and beers after some outdoor activities. -
(March 4, 2022, 5:09 pm)I’ve eaten here several times and the service and food have always been stellar. It’s so nice to have burger options besides beef. I love the Boater Burger with Bison and eventually I will try the Elk. The fries are nice and crispy and the side salad is very generous. I also enjoyed the duck tacos, but my mom wasn’t impressed. She thought there was some flavor that overpowered the duck.

(January 3, 2022, 2:27 am)We absolutely love The Boathouse! It is our favorite restaurant in Salida. The food is great and the Service is even better. Our Server Tony is our Favorite. Tony makes us feel at home when we are here. I highly recommend stopping in if you want good food.
