Clear Creek Cidery & Eatery

The Cidery is an absolute hidden ????. The chef inspired menu is to die for. The cheese crisp is like a PIZZA but it is served on a tortilla so it ends up being a thin crust PIZZA with your choice of toppings. The salmon dip is so worth the drive up from Denver. This is my new spot after a day out doors. The atmosphere is so cozy and welcoming. Both the owners are just angels the blonde bartender was just a peach ???? and very attentive. They Cidery also has beer on tap and a full liquor selection so it you're not a cider fan they still have you covered. They also have pink Himalayan Sea salt which I like to steal out of the salt shakers on the tables. ????????

My wife and I ate and drank here on Monday December 9th and the food was delicious.
I highly recommend the Cider House blue cheese burger. It was one of the best burgers I have ever had !! The fries are also amazing as well. I forget what my wife ate but she said it was also delicious. The staff was very accommodating and friendly. I highly recommend eating here.

My wife and I both love cider, so we had to try this place when we found it. They had a decent selection of Colorado ciders, but was hoping for more. It looks like they will start making their own in 2020, so that might change. The food was hit or miss. The fries and pork rinds were great, but the burgers were mediocre.

The mac and cheese was to die for the service was friendly the first time we went in. The women that waited on us was the best service i we have received at restaurants over the month's. She had tattoos and was very fun i wish i had her name for the review.... Then the second time we went the service was not friendly blonde women was more concerned with what her friends were doing then service. Food was not the same as that night.. Hopefully this helps and they work on consistency. Was absolutely to die for the first time we went.

The food is terrific! The menu is too notch and everything we ordered was phenomenal. The drinks list is great. The service is very friendly and on point! I can't wait to go back and try more things!
