La Mexicana Taqueria at Highlands

I love their chicken tacos, rice , beans, and horchata! I’m a Mexican & sometimes don’t feel like cooking so I look for authentic Mexican restaurants all the time & this is one of them. For the people who rated this lower than a 5 have poor taste buds.

I love this place! Definitely the best Mexican around the highlands. Everything about it is so authentic. The food is consistently delicious every time I come.

I have been going to this great Mexican restaurant since I was little. It was my father's favorite and now it's one of my favorites as well. I love how clean the place is and the service they provide is always a plus! The food is so delicious and the 4 different type of salsas they give you are the best! My favorite plate is the green chicken enchiladas and my husband's favorite are the sopes. I really recommend this great place!

The most amazing burritos I've ever had. Absolutely fresh, fast, and well-prepared. I've never had anything like it. The lengua burrito I had was filled with large chunks that were nice and chewy and left me craving more. Afterwards, I didn't feel gross--there was hardly any grease! I love this place! The chorizo was house-made and not very greasy either. The horchata struck the perfect balance of sweetness and milkiness. I will become a regular here! Very friendly service too!

Customer service was amazing, and the salsa flavors we all great to try.
