Ramen Star

I absolutely love the Ramen here. Very hearty, dense, flavorful dishes that leave me satisfied for hours. I can usually split the full size bowls into two meals for myself and am satiated for hours between portions. So happy they've been doing online orders throughout all this insanity so I can still enjoy their food. The owner is a very kind man as well which helps warm my heart and well as my stomach. Definitely worth checking out. Order online and enjoy at the neighboring park for ultimate satisfaction.

Well I'm happily surprised! This was the best Ramen I've had in a long long time! The atmosphere is wonderful -- trendy vibe with clean and modern Japanese feel. And lots of plants hanging from the ceiling. Just a great space. But the Ramen is amazing. I had the "Ramen Star" with the Lovers added and cant complain at all. Every bite was full, complex, and intriguing. This place is my favorite ramen joint in the Denver area. If you're reading this you have to try them! Go now!!!

I've eaten ramen before, but this place made me realize that a whole new level of ramen exists. The broth. The. Broth. Layered with richness and complexity, it tasted like it had been simmering for days. The in-house made noodles took that richness a step further; you could taste the time and care put into them. Finished off by a cozy space and incredibly friendly and attentive staff makes this "blink and you'll miss it" spot my new ramen favorite. They've set a high bar.

We had Kara-age and the chicken was perfectly crispy on the outside and perfectly tender/juicy on the inside. I ordered the spicy miso and it was AMAZING. The noodles are cooked just right. I would suggest a little more veggie and meat in the bowl however the broth was flavorful and spicy. So good. The service was mediocre but the food made up for it.
