Their food is still delicious , and they typically do their end to resolve the issue which is the reason for the 3 star rating. “I love this location. The waitress, Shelly, is the best server I've ever had. We go there and ask for her specifically. I've been going there for years and the food is really good, but she is truly incredible. She gets your order right and has no issue with special orders (many of our family have food allergies or special diets). She gives the table great attention and service. The food always comes out quickly and is really tasty. Highly recommend!”

“My family has gone to Lodo's brunch special several times. The brunch menu is tasty, my favorite items are their Co Scramble and Breakfast Burrito. The brunch special drinks are also tasty. The build-your-own bloody mary bar is fun. The views are good, as advertised. At brunch time, the restaurant is not over-crowded and has a nice atmosphere. The staff has always been nice and also speedy.”

“It's panda! Come at the right time, your food will be hot and edible lol..what stood out today for me though was the kid who was working around 2pm. I believe his name was Alex but can't remember. Great job- Efficient, polite, and appears to have solid work ethic. Kids like these are an anomaly these days, especially in Highlands Ranch. Kudos to this dude! “We were there almost at closing with my 3 kiddos. Yup three hungry little ones late at night no fun. The staff was awesome. They were helpful and friendly while I was at my witts end. They were good, not our favorite, not exceptional, just good. The bear claws were more bread-y and had peanuts instead of almonds on them which was a new experience but overall not one I would repeat. Overall they were good donuts, the atmosphere was very cute, service was standard.”
