    Amazing place! Food is outstanding! The oysters? Phenomenal!!!! Service is impeccable! Captain Ron was the BEST server ever! The views are fantastic! Would be back again and again! 5 Stars PLUS!

    What a great experience! The two of us ordered all three appetizers and the brussel sprouts were the best I have ever eaten. I almost ordered more for dessert. The gnocchi was amazing and it was all topped off by great, friendly service.

    There are many expensive and fine restaurants in BC and Vail. GM Grill stands out for service, food and atmosphere. The pork chop and lobster mascarpone were outstanding. Great wine list too.

    From starting drinks to final desserts, Grouse Mountain Grill gets everything right. Exceptionally right. Not only is the food perfect -- looking at you, artisan tater tots, sweet potato agnolotti and flat iron steak -- but the service is a well-balanced blend of attentiveness that is neither cloying nor hurried. From mountain views to cozy seats by the fire, the dining room's ambiance makes the food even better. Great wine list by the glass or the bottle. A very popular place for a reason, but well worth making that reservation!
