    The Norwegian Salmon was the most interesting and well- composed (and incredibly delicious) meal I have ever had the good fortune to enjoy! Thank you!

    Food, 4 stars. Service, 4.5 stars. Decor, 5 stars. So I'm rounding up to 5. The decor and ambiance were very elegant. Food was very good but not outstanding. Service was very good to outstanding. The duck confit appetizer was good, not great. The big $100-plus shareable seafood appetizer was heavy on raw fish and shellfish. It had a few nice king crab claws, but they were served too cold for my liking. (I have fished for king crab, have eaten much fresh king crab, and prefer it served hot or at room temperature.) The sea bass was very good. The dover sole, filleted tableside, came with a rich sauce and was excellent. The rack of lamb main course was done exactly as ordered and the portion was fairly large.

    So we dined her for the second time last week and it was just as good as the first we ate here a couple years before. The food is excellent and the service is amazing. They have a wonderful selection of wines and theY are all pretty decently priced. The scallops and lamb are a must try. One of the top places in beaver creek.

    This is our 4th trip out to ski Beaver Creek, Splendito was one of the best dining experiences we have ever had. The tenderloin was amazing, and my husband had the Rack of Lamb. Our server was so attentive, knowledgeable, and kind. He had such a way with his suggestions, we went with what he said and were Not disappointed! We will be back!!!
