“I came to the Fireside Grill as part of package deal through the Nordic Center to go snowshoeing for several hours before capping the day off with a generous plate of wine and cheese AND dessert! The food was delicious and Lizzie took phenomenal care of me as I enjoyed my meal. Her kindness and attentiveness was much appreciated. I highly recommend this experience through the Nordic Center as well as the Fireside Grill for its excellent food and lovely staff.”

“This place is little off Vail .. in Beaver Creek. Quite and classy. Belgian. Sorry that I don't have any photo of the food but they were piece of art. We had blue crab egg roll which literally melted in my mouth. Elk medallion cooked to the perfection. And Dover sole. Last but not the least their souffle. That orange sauce on the souffle is to die for.. This is the best food in Vail. A must try.”

“Excellent new addition to Beaver Creek! The food was fantastic and service was top notch. It was everything you would expect at such a beautiful location. There was even live music when we came in during apres after a long day of skiing. The cocktails made by the bartender J.D. were next level. Recommend the Ski Time Tea Time drink! We looked at the dinner menu and decided to come back the next day to try some dinner dishes and everything was very good. Would highly recommend giving this new restaurant a shot!”

“Came here for lunch and ordered the black and bleu salad. Excellent salad- fresh greens and the steak was cooked perfectly and was delicious- but I would recommend ordering the salad dressing on the side- it was a bit much for me. The waitress was really nice and helpful and the food came out really fast. We were in a rush and we were in and out of there in less than an hour. My husband really liked his burrito. Very reasonably priced especially for the area”

“We weren't sure what to expect from Golden Eagle Inn but this ended up being the highlight for us when it came to going out to dinner. The menu mind you has a list of exotic 'game' dishes so if this is not your thing this may not be the place to go for you. The exotic game menu is the highlight and we decided to embrace it. We ordered the Elk and I have to say it was spectacular just as described. Im not a game fan and neither is my wife so we were hesitant but glad we decided to give it a shot. Our server was great as well! She took great care of us and was delightful to work with all evening. If you are in Beaver Creek and looking for a local feel with the menu to prove it than give this place a try.”

“Decent pricepoint (for BC) and purty good food. The spicy popcorn shrimp appetizer is very tasty and also a large portion. Great pizzas. Fine steaks. Good drink selections. The deck view looks to be awesome but I cannot vouch as we visited at night in dead of winter so we were seated inside. Only knock is the ceilings and walls are hard and smooth and coupled with large groups and music blasting the place was louder than it needed to be.”

“Went here for breakfast based on the reviews and delicious looking photos. Was slightly disappointed to see they were offering a buffet. When getting my food, I told Donovan how sad I was about not ordering off the regular menu. He pleasantly surprised me by telling me it was no issue and I could get whatever I wanted. My friends LOVED the buffet, but I LOVED my eggs Benedict! Service was great, food was delicious!”

“Pretty good food, actually, for being mid-mountain. We stop and grab a bowl of chili every day for lunch when we ski Beaver Creek! It gets pretty busy, though -- so there is a downside.”
