Gashouse

The Staff was very good the atmosphere was great we have been coming to the Mountains of Colorado for 25 yrs. Have got to say the meal and food was best we have had anywhere. To the Staff and owner you do an incredible job would recommend to anyone. We have visited eating establishment Keystone Breckenridge. Lots of Places Summit County again Gashouse.best of any by far.

Elk tenderloin and Wagyu steak was top notch! Game sausage was fresh and delicious. Chocolate torte was also amazing. Friend got the crab cakes and said it was better than the east coast!

Gashouse is a favorite place for us and many of our out-of-town family and friends when they come to visit. On our last trip, our group tried the bison steak, lamb and beef steak. All were excellent, flavorful and well prepared in line with our order. Wine was good, beer was cold and the service was attentive. We are happy that Gashouse survived the summer of roundabout construction. We are hoping that they will figure out how to add stairs up to the new sidewalk to make it convenient for people who want to walk to the restaurant.

Solid...always nervous to order seafood inland but found it to be high quality. The lamb was top notch and can be found grazing 15min from the restaurant. Wine list was surprisingly good and service was great. I will be back!
