Make a point of stopping here whenever we are in the area.

Breakfast burritos are a must for breakfast here. Not many options for quick bite for the A.M. in eagle but for the most part not usually disappointed with the food. They are a little stingy on the salsa and it's a hit or miss with the burrito servings but what can you do. Beats the heck out of cooking breakfast and washing dishes every day. Recommend

Absolutely amazing Pollo Asado, best I've had in Colorado..got the medio and it was more than enough for me. However, I'm removing 2 stars because twice now I've made a point to pull off the interstate (thinking about that chicken) while passing through Eagle on I-70 and the place has been closed and disappointed me! Sign on the store says hours are Monday-Sunday, 9AM-9PM. Both times I've been there on Sunday between 1PM-4PM and nobody was there. So disappointed.. will continue to stop here in hopes of catching them while they are actually open (whenever that is?).

This place reminds me of the great food I used to get in East LA... So delicious, breakfast, lunch and dinner. The breakfast burrito are awesome, ask for cheese added. For lunch or dinner, it doesn't matter what you order, it'll be great. I've had the different meat burritos, all different meat street tacos, and the half chicken for a meal, the flautas plate is not the best meal. Thank you for the great eats. I live in eagle Vail and every time I'm in eagle, not matter what time of day, let's get a meal here. Muchos gracias
