Took a while for someone to approach our table. Went in on a Friday afternoon, not super busy. Food was correct on hot. Had to wait a while for refills. Asked for towelettes and never received them. Waiter was nice and friendly, just not incredibly attentive.
I had the hottest Wings they serve. Absolutely excellent. They will not serve them unless you talk to the waitress regarding their extreme heat. Have fun.
The food is good but a customer service improvement plan should be put in place to improve the business's poor customer service. This comment stems from how poorly the establishment handled my situation tonight. More specifically, I order a medium order of their boneless wings, which is advertised as 18 wings both on their app and on their website however, upon arrival I noticed there are only 15 wings in the container. I ask the server why the difference in amount and she proceeds to tell me that both the app and website offer incorrect information. I then ask the manager who gives me the same answer. Now, my issue with this situation isn't the difference of three wings but instead how the situation was handled. If you know in advance that the information on the website isn't accurate, why not inform customers at the time that they are placing their order. Instead, I find myself questioning the portion and price for accuracy as a result of your pure laziness. This is such a simple matter that could have been resolved easily with the inclusion of a little common courtesy but maybe I'm expecting too much from a careless crew.
It was good. Different sauces and flavors. Food is just not spectacular for me and the price but its chicken and bar food so you get what you expect. Service was good. Beer specials and football. Not bad.
Wings are good some times and other times not so much. But I assume it's because of different batch of wings. They charge $3 for a soda but you do get free refills. Games are fun to watch there. I find if a bit generic because been to one BWW been to them all. 85% of time I get good service, but every now and then I get one having a bad day.
