Decent Pizza Co.

A very decent piece of pizza! Detroit style pizza is a neat change from the standard slice. Really enjoyed the sauce on the top. Lots of flavor - also vegan cheese available. We ended up with a build your own. Recommend getting a pizza per person. Price can add up quickly, but the flavor profile is worth it. Lots of libations in the Idyllwild school to enjoy alongside your pizza!

My wife and I had lunch here and it was wonderful! The pizza had all fresh ingredients , perfect crust , sauce, and cheese. We are from Nola and know good people and food. The pasta bowl was excellent as well.

We ordered the Chicken Bacon Ranch Detroit-style pizza ~ brick cheese, chicken breast, bacon, red onion, jalapeño, ranch, sourdough crust.

Thank you for waiting until I got there to put the ranch on ... and the Pecorino Romano cheese sprinkle! WOOT!

The jalapeños were good, but a little much for us. We took some, but not all off. It was still a great pizza.

We were having drinks at Bristol Brewery. It's kind of neat having the option of getting food from any of the restaurants. We ordered from 3 restaurants!

If you go, stop by the Art Vending Machine in the hallway near the boy's bathroom. $5 = a piece of art!

I also park in the back, because ... fewer stairs! (Also, the wheelchair ramp.)

This is NOT Detroit style pizza. There's no tomato sauce on the pizza... It's bread, cheese, and topping... that's not how Detroit style is made...

As for taste, it was okay (decent lol). Pizza without tomato sauce is cheesy bread.

Best pizza. Great crust which is always my number 1 for judging any pizza place. Not greasy, sauce is flavorful and authentic, cheese is perfect. My favorite is the red top, it’s a classic cheese and it’s addicting! Great patio space which is an added bonus! If you love pizza, this place is worth a visit.
