Love this place. Anytime I'm in the Springs I swing by to fill up on their awesome food. Great salsa. Hot and tasty green chili. Recommend!!
The food here is terrific! The pulled pork is so amazingly flavored it seems impossible. Then the mesquiotes?? Or something, had some chicken that also tasted amazing. The bar tender is very friendly, capable and attentive. Definitely will be back
This location is in the historic downtown Colorado Springs. The food, service, and atmosphere at this restaurant. We ate inside because because the outside temperature was a little warm the day we were there but they have a fully enclosed patio area (not open to the street) that was very inviting. We are from Texas and love Tex Mex food. Muldoons's is not Tex Mex but it did not disappoint. Check it out!
I would not call this place a Mexican restaurant not even by the narrowest of definitions. It is trying to be hip fast casual downtown joint geared towards the middle class. In that aspect they do a good job. They have a patio round the back that is especially nice on those winter days in the Springs when it is 50 degrees. The food is ok but wholly uninspiring in my eyes. Jose Muldoon's would work great as an airport eatery.
We were here with a large party of about 15. The restaurant wasn't crowded so they were able to seat us in a semi private room very quickly. First time here and first impressions were good. The floors were clean, hostess staff was on top of things and the restroom was in order and didn't smell. Drink order was take promptly and things moved smoothly throughout the meal. My food was excellent! I had the bacon, mango, pork tacos which included beans and rice. The pork had good flavor and I'm always a fan of mango with my Mexican food. The restaurant itself was huge with lots of indoor seating along with a giant patio. The staff was professional and the margaritas had a nice pour. Great value!
