Outback Steakhouse

I'm giving this outback 5 stars because of there customer service & because usually when I come here the food is ALWAYS on point. Tonight my ribs were dry & my steak had no flavor. The chicken was amazing! My server Nate understood & wanted to get things corrected, he took the the steak back to get it made right & disposed of the ribs. The manager Stephanie brought it back out & apologized for any inconvenience we had. I decided that i didn't want the steak anymore because of no flavor & she still made sure to give us extra chicken & ribs. Definitely will be back & I hope Nate is my server w/ how professional, courteous, & respectful he was.

Food good but over-priced, in our opinion. This establishment would be well served to offer a smaller portions, reduced prices senior menu.We ladies from a local nsg.home, The Lunch Bunch, like to go to a local restaurant once each month...and finances are usually tight, to enjoy a new dining experience. We had a good time and tasty food during this visit and the wait staff was patient and attentive.

Food was good and decently priced.
Place was clean.
Waitress was fast and friendly.
She sounded like she had a long day.
(Not complaining, just really horse)
I would have liked to have been greeted and seated a little faster.

Our service was great. Our waitress was awesome and kept our drinks refilled (that is a major thing for me - having to ask for refills rather than being asked). They messed up my order but the manager came out and told me about it and apologized, then brought me the wrong steak to snack on while I waited for them cook the correct steak, and comped the wrong steak. And to top it off, they were BOTH delicious. That is what you call customer service. I would go back and recommend this restaurant to my friends. Great job World Arena Outback!
