Snooze an AM Eatery

Best breakfast place ever. Staff is kind and knowledgeable and food is amazing! There is always a wait every time we go but that’s because it’s soo amazing. Best pancakes in the world and highly recommend going if you’ve never been before! They’re cranberry mimosas are also the best thing ever!

The food was excellent. I had the sweet potato hash, very flavorful. We also had the three egg omelette. That too was excellent. I would have gone five star except that we waited between 25-30 minutes for our food. The table next to us was served much faster and the restaurant was not overly busy at the time.

My friend said they had the best pancakes he ever had. I'm not a big pancake fan but I took him up on it and I must say it didn't disappoint. I also got breakfast tacos which were excellent. It was a good 15 minutes before we could get a seat outside of that no negative remarks.

We visited Snooze for the first time a month ago and LOVED it! Awesome staff, delicious food (and high quality/locally sourced ingredients) and a fun, warm, cozy atmosphere. It was busy, but we added our names to the list online and waited less than two minutes by the time we got there. The staff went above and beyond to make sure we had a great experience. We found a new favorite and look forward to our next visit!

This was our first visit. It was fabulous! I got the Snooze Spuds and my wife got the Double Benny. Both meals were delicious. I had an AM Manhattan to drink (Bourbon, Irish Cream, and coffee) and my wife had a Snooze mimosa. Again, both were delicious. We eat gluten free and they had many options for us, including toast and pancakes. Our server was great and very attentive. It was kind of a club atmosphere with good music playing and everyone seemed to be in a good mood. I reserve five stars for places that blow my mind. Mind blown. We loved it and will for sure be back. You can check out their menu online, too (food and drinks). This is a great addition to the Springs food scene!
