Today was definitely a positive one, the best experience I've had here. The lady who helped me, Genesis, was very helpful and pleasant. She kept the order accurate and was very patient, even while I was on the phone getting the order. She had a very friendly personality and her attitude alone made my day all the more better. Recommend this place to anyone trying to get a quick, quality bite to eat that has excellent service, especially if Genesis is there!”

“The manager, Andrea, was beyond patient with me!! I was ordering coffee drinks for other people and didn't know all of the answers for the follow-up questions. Hot, or cold? Whipped cream? Sprinkles? What size? Which blend of coffee? Etc..... I was overwhelmed!! I had to keep calling people to verify a correct choice!! Andrea was patient and waited for me to make a decision before preparing any coffee drink!! I felt so bad, like I was stringing her along. She reassured me that it was NBD!! And it was Christmas Eve!! At 0600!! She clearly could have been mean and snarky and I couldn't blame her.... but, she was not!! She was as sweet as candy and SO, SO, SO helpful!!!! I'd visit here again and again!!!”
