My wife and I were so impressed with this restaurant. We walked in and immediately noticed how clean, organized and comfortable the space was.
Gina, our server, greeted us, guided us through the menu and paid close attention to us throughout our stay, even though both the inside and outside seating were full.
The entire staff all were attentive, polite , well dressed and made us feel welcome.
The food presentation and quality were superb.
We will most definitely return to Mings to continue sampling from their menu.
Thank you Gina and Ming’s for a wonderful dining experience !

It’s one of the worst “Chinese” food I ever had. I wouldn’t be surprised if the chef wasn’t really trained in Chinese cooking. I suppose the food is okay with those who grew up with fake Chinese food, but it was not okay with me, even though I have had decades of Americanized Chinese food myself. I think the reason was the price. Given the price, you would expect something much better. The service was okay. The place is clean and the decor is okay, but nothing was out of ordinary. 18% tip was automatically included in the bill. On top of that they ask you for gratuity. If the tips and gratuity really go to the servers, I wouldn’t mind. But I feel this is some gimmick pulled by the owner to pocket more money.

Lovely staff, great food. I got the egg rolls and the black pepper fish, egg rolls were delicious but quantity ran low. The black pepper fish was AMAZING and decent quantity. A little expensive ($20) but worth it.

Went during prime time and it took a while to get food try and avoid peak hours

I love this place! It has very nice atmosphere and the servers are always very friendly. The food is a little pricey but comes in pretty large servings and it tastes great. Ill eat for almost 3 days after I have take out. They also have lunch specials so take advantage of that 😊

Walked in and was able to get seated at the bar. Decor very much to my taste, modern and eclectic. Friendly staff and good service. I tried the veggie spring rolls to start - standard fare and well executed. The shrimp dish was delicious - but for me way too much food! Would have preferred a finer presentation and less mass. But, it was nicely done and very good value. Would I return if in Glenwood Springs again? Without a doubt.
