The Italian Underground Restaurant

Just had a wonderful first time experience here tonight. A wonderful family run restaurant with a great sense of love for what they do! The service was great and the food was well prepared and flavorful. You can sense the positive energy from the staff. Definitely worth a visit! We will be back.

New owners are incredibly nice. You can see that they truly care about your experience. Food is great! Love the upgrades they've done. The change in sausage is perfect. I love that you can get blue cheese added to your complimentary house salad, yet it still feels and tastes like the Underground we all grew up loving.

Was kinda bummed that I ordered meat sauce and got regular red sauce instead, but it was really good! Alfredo sauce was delicious. The meatballs are tasty and definitely homemade (did I detect a hint of tarragon?). Even the side salad was good quality with fresh mixed greens and homemade dressing. Love the homemade bread. Everyone who works here is super friendly. A little pricey but delicious. I’d eat here again.

What can be said about Italian Underground except its the best. The location is cozy and welcoming. I felt like I was eating at a friend's house. The service was amazing and the food was phenomenal. Hands down best Italian food I've ever had.
