Flavorful food in an upscale atmosphere. It was a night of top-tier tasting from the blue cheese chips and the oysters for appetizers, to the pork chop cooked exquisitely to perfection. We wandered in after a day soaking at Iron Mountain Hot Springs and despite not having reservations, still scored 2 seats at the bar. The Pullman was a wonderful dining experience and some of the best food I’ve had in Colorado outside of Denver.

Fantastic! First the Chips and Blue Cheese starter set the stage for a fantastic meal. Thick blue cheese sauce went perfectly with the house made chips - go for it. The Fried Green Tomatoes were well presented and perfectly prepared - not that soggy stuff others dish out. The Perogies were amazing and again the sauce with crispy onions made the dish. Topped off with the Blueberry Tart with Lemon Curd and we enjoyed a world-class meal with attentive service to match. Kudos!

Must have the blueberry thyme tart for dessert, must!!! Ambience was good if your looking for a true culinary experience. We were lucky to get in on a busy weeknight during ski season without a reservation. Do not bank on that. I also had the tomato bisque soup, delish. The special was a short plate of braised short rib tacos. They nailed it. (I’m a single mom traveling locally with my kids, they treated me well walking in, that’s why I gave it 5 instead of 4; service trumps everything)

Hands down the best dining experience we have had in Colorado! Everything we ordered was amazing! The service was perfect! The salmon was perfectly cooked, so juicy, it’s paired with coconut rice. The pork chop was perfection paired with cheesy grits.
The manager John made us feel so welcome, he was awesome.
    We will definitely be back!

Pretty quiet at 10am on a Sunday. Excellent service. No espresso machine but they made up for it with the food - amazing. Recommend the carrot soup (might’ve been a daily special) and corn fritters.
