Red Robin Gourmet Burgers and Brews

So delicious! Very clean! I believe we went before the lunch crowd but our service was top notch! Our server Adrian has great customer service and server skills!

THE SOUP I ORDERED WAS REALLY GOOD, HOWEVER, I ORDERED A BOWL OF SOUP & THE BOWL WAS SO SMALL, IT WAS SMALLER THAN A CUP OF SOUP AT MOST OTHER RESTAURANTS. MY SALAD WAS REALLY SMALL AS WELL, SO SMALL, IT SURPRISED ME & THE PRICE I PAID FOR THE LITTLE FOOD I RECEIVED WAS EXTREMELY EXPENSIVE. THE BURGER MY SON ORDERED WAS TOO SMALL, RED ROBINS BURGERS USED TO BE A LOT BIGGER & THE PRICE FOR HIS LITTLE BURGER & FRIES, WAS, AGAIN, TOO MUCH FOR TOO LITTLE & THE PRICE FOR OUR SOFT DRINKS, WAS, YES, EXPENSIVE. THE SERVICE WAS PASSABLE & OUR SERVER WAS NICE ENOUGH. RED ROBIN NEEDS TO GO BACKWARDS & MAKE THEIR BURGERS A LOT BIGGER & THEIR BOWLS OF SOUP, A BIGGER BOWL, SERIOUSLY, MY BOWL OF SOUP, VERY SMALL & YES, THEIR SALADS NEED TO BE SERIOUSLY LARGER AS WELL. THE PRICE FOR LITERALLY EVERYTHING IS TOO MUCH FOR TOO LITTLE FOOD.

One bad experience isn't enough to deter us! We love Red Robin in general because it's reasonably priced, family friendly, and because of the side choices. This location (52nd and Wads) is usually so good! The wait staff are on their game, the food comes hot, and the bottomless sides come out quickly.

Our visit this time (12/06) didn't really live up to any of that. Food kinda took forever, it came cold, and was missing a lot of things. We also only got about half the refills of drink / sides we asked for. Manager was very apologetic, as was the wait staff.

All in all, our experiences have been good enough that we won't let this one time spoil our opinion of the restaurant. Better luck next time RR!

This is easily my new favorite Thai place in Lakewood. Great prices. Authentic food. Awesome service. I will be back here again.

Dining room smelled like stinky toilet mop. Gross. Had to move twice. Other room was fine. Service was good til it came time to pay. Took longer than necessary. However the burgers were delicious as were the salad & frys
