The Fort

This is is truly an amazing experience. The service was great, one of the best parts was the gentleman who came to our table dressed the part and gave us countless knowledge about the Fort. The only regret I have is not asking more questions, he was extremely knowledgeable and made the experience that much greater. The food was phenomenal, we had a full 3 course meal and it was all delicious. It is on the more expensive side, but worth every penny for me. My brother and I went in honor of our father who passed away before Christmas, he loved the Fort and highly recommended it for us. I couldn't have had a better experience for such an occasion. Truly thank you all, it meant the world to us.

So many Fabulous foods to try. Bison prime rib, bison tongue on crostini, Rocky Mountain oysters. Peanut butter and mango filled jalapenos (sounds weird but tastes great) plus so many more to try the next time. The ambiance is fun and warm. The history of the building itself is very interesting. Well worth the trip.

Stunning location. The food is good. Fun restaurant for meats of every kind. Lots of interesting variety. Service is fun and friendly. Prices are way too high, though. Worth the occasional trip.

Amazing food and service! A historic and welcoming atmosphere. We even spent a few minutes around the courtyard fire before going in and shared some stories and laughs. Our waitress was attentive and very knowledgeable and all entrees received rave reviews! It's no wonder one member of our party has been coming back for nearly 30 years!

Food is outstanding. The best Buffalo that any of us have ever had. The service is equal. Everyone makes sure that you have everything that you need. The one thing that is a negative is the price. It is very expensive to eat here. However, when you come you come for an experience and you get that. Beautiful views and amazing food. A little out of the way if you are coming from Denver but 100% worth it.
