“We've been here twice in the last two weeks due to our busy schedule. The first time we went, the waitress was amazing, I wish I remembered her name, it was a late night and the food rocked too. Tonight, we ordered takeout, and while the order took slightly longer than expected, Tony made sure everything was perfect! He also took my order on the phone and was kind and courteous and got everything perfectly correct! The food was AMAZING when we got home! Hooray! What a great place!”

“We ordered a medium pepperoni pizza online and when we got to the store there was a line out the door due to the staff's management leaving the night staff not prepped for a busy evening shift. The quote was an hour and a half for new orders and online pickup was delayed 20-30 minutes depending on size of pizza. The staff kept their professionalism and thanked everyone for their patience and you could tell they were doing the best they could with what they were handed off for their shift. I highly suggest management of this Papa Murphys be there to help their staff, as no management was present, so the staff working doesn't have to deal with angry customers yelling at them for something that is not their fault. Staff working did an excellent job 5/5 stars for the employees working. Great job keeping it cool.”

“Low on staff tonight but our server was doing her best and very honest and pleasant. We ordered a kids meal, SW egg rolls and the bacon avocado grilled chicken sandwich. One complaint was the avocado on the sandwich was a tiny sliver and over ripe so I took it off. Also, the chili as the side to the sandwich was too thick and way too much chili powder. Not deal breakers and if the place wasn't so busy and short staffed we would have got a different side and requested better avocado.”

“To our surprise we got right in...usually a wait list...and found the entire wait staff friendly, efficient and accommodating. Our order was prepared perfectly and arrived almost too quickly which was alright. The atmosphere is what you would expect as the name applies and we were greeted with at least 6 birthday celebrations which are celebrated with loud summons to heehaw the revelers and join in the fun. “Absolutely LOVE this place! I've never been to a tap house quite like it. The food was delicious (Jurassic Park pizza ftw) and their system for getting beer/wine is just so much fun and so unique. Wine out of a tap? Yes please. The patio is inviting, even in the winter months thanks to their heat lamps and I can't wait to see what it's like during the summer and watch a movie on the giant projector. Overall, HIGHLY recommend!”

“Pretty standard for a hotel restaurant. The menu is pretty limited in options. The servers were friendly and service was good. My husband and I both ordered the cheeseburger and it was fine. A little bland but no major complaints. The side salad is just arugula with a few cherry tomatoes and ranch dressing. I tried a few of the french fries and they were crispy and seasoned well. The kids meal came with quite a bit of food for the price. It came with 2 adult-sized sides in addition to the entree.”

“We went on Christmas. WOW! Is really how I would describe the experience and not all completely in a positive light. But I will say the staff did absolutely the best that they could. The reception desk was overwhelmed with people coming through the door with and without reservations. We had reservations and still had to wait about an hour and a half (but the bar worked fine for the wait). When we were seated, the waiter did a great job of getting our order for our meal but the kitchen was overwhelmed. The kitchen was dealing with eat-in diners and also meals to go. By the time we got our food, some of it was cold and some was under cooked. To top it off, they had run out of desserts ????. Did I mention, thank goodness for the bar? Again I realize it was Christmas and I probably shouldn't expect too much but WOW! We will maybe have to rethink our plans for next year.”

We've been to this location before, and the food and atmosphere is typical sports bar, although not as loud as some. What made this visit different was our server, Jo; she was very friendly and attentive, without being intrusive and hovering over us. Each time she went by our table, she made it a point to look things over to see if there was anything that we might need. On other trips there, service has been somewhat spotty, so other wait staff should be encouraged to follow Jo's example.”

“Food was delicious. I ordered a half sandwich beef/arugula with 1/2 Fuji apple salad. The salad had pecans, feta cheese, red onions, grape tomatoes, and crisp dried apples on top, it was wonderful. My sandwich was ok. It was served on white bread, I wish the person taking my order would have asked what type of bread I prefer. I've given 5 stars because of the quality and quantity of the food. Portions were large and I was offered chips, bread, or an apple with my meal. Calories for everything are posted clearly on the menu and it is easy to stay within a low calorie budget. There are many drink options including passion papaya green tea, blood orange lemonade, and hibiscus teas with prickly pear. The hibiscus and black tea are unsweetened with zero calories.”

It's close to the Westmoor Technology Center, so it's a nice option rather than the fast food places nearby. It's cozy in the seating area with a nice fire place. We also had our holiday office party here! The banquet room is a great size for these types of functions, and was a good deal for our budget when other venues were pretty over the top! Staff are very friendly and courteous, and always welcoming.”
