We had a WONDERFUL, tentative waitress! Who kept up with our pace of needs,NO hurry, but was there any time we needed her!!!! Truly an amazing experience!!! There was a table next to us, that as far as I could tell had the same service we were getting! Except a whole lot more people at the table! I had one of the best ribeye steak and loaded potato and green beans that were better than any other green beans I have ever had! “First time here for breakfast. One waitress, but not a long wait. Not to busy, we were there at 9 am. Ordered the hamburger steak, with eggs your way ( mine were scrambled, hubby had medium over easy) both were good, hashbrowns good and crispy, sourdough and wheat toasted bread with jam on side. We felt the hamburger steak wasn't up to par, but the rest was good. The coffee was quite good. Very good service, keep up with coffee and checking on us. Good diner food!!”

“So I do love the breakfast burritos, and I get them a couple times a week usually. The main problem is the wait. Expect to wait at 15-30 minutes if you come between 7 and 10. They always have the same crazy demand for breakfast so they have the option of hiring more staff or making customers wait. They choose to make customers wait. Also if you get something smothered, they often won't give you utensils. So make sure to ask otherwise you have to eat that smothered burrito with your hands. They put maybe 4 tomato cubes on the deluxe burritos, so definitely don't get those. Overall, I love Santiago's in general... But this is one is pretty average at best”

“Loved this brewery!! In Sterling for a vendor show and I enjoy to support the local restaurants and this one is a gem!! Friendly staff, delicious drinks and yummy food! Awesome atmosphere as well! I had the cranberry lime seltzer and it was the best seltzer I've ever had. They use a champagne yeast and it created it to be so delicious! I wish I could buy then I'm Fort Collins. I had the blueberry sando and it was unique and so good!! Highly recommend this amazing place!!”
